What to Know Before You Schedule
FGCU Testing Services provides lockers for you to store your valuables and personal belongings while testing; no personal belongings, are allowed in the testing lab (this includes, food, water, liquids, backpacks, bracelets, large jewelry, electronic devices, etc.).
Refunds & Fees
Effective August 1, 2025- FGCU Testing Services exam prices will increase slightly. This change is essential for us to continue delivering the quality and service you deserve. We appreciate your understanding and support!
FGCU Testing Services has a strict no-refund policy. Candidates are responsible for making sure they have registered for the correct exam and all information is correct.
Late Arrivals
Candidates should arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to their scheduled testing time. Candidates arriving after their scheduled time may not be able to test due to time and/or seating availability. Candidates arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes past their scheduled start time who have not reached out to Testing Services will not be accommodated.
