Identification

Most exams require that you bring at least one form of primary identification to test; please check with your exam sponsor for exact requirements.

 

A primary form of ID, unless otherwise specified, can be:

  • Driver’s License
  • Passport
  • State Identification Card
  • Federal Identification Card
  • Tribal Identification Card

All forms of identification must be current and valid. Primary identification must be government issued and contain both a visible photo and signature.

FGCU Testing Services reserves the right to turn away any candidate that we feel does not match their provided identification information.
