*SCHEDULING FINAL EXAMS

Please schedule all final exam reservations by 04/19/23 at 5:00pm. 

Visit the Registrar's Final Exam Schedule or discuss when your final exam will be with your instructor BEFORE you make a reservation.

• There are only two start time options for final exams, 8:30AM or 12:30pm
  • This is done to limit traffic flow and distractions in the testing environment.
  • We are not able to adjust these start times.
  • We recommend you choose the start time that will overlap with when your class is taking the final exam. If you are unsure, please discuss this with your instructor.
• The OEA Testing Center will be open from 8:30am-6:30pm for in-person final exams.
• You are expected to have approval from your instructor if you are scheduling your final exam at a time that is different than when the class will take it. 
• If a date/time option is unavailable, that means that all seats are reserved. 
  • Seating is extremely limited during final exams.
  • Please work with your instructor to find an alternative date/time before scheduling.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• OEA will be using more than one location during final exams. 
• You must check in at the OEA Front Desk for your room assignment each day. 
  • Students should arrive a few minutes before their scheduled reservation time to check in.  
• Instructors will be notified via email of student’s requests by the OEA Testing Center staff one week before the date of the final exam.  
• Students will be provided the supplies needed to sanitize their testing area before they begin and after they complete their quiz/test.
• Space in the office/testing centers is limited, so please only bring the items necessary for your test. 
• If you need to make a late test request, after 04/20/22, you must call the office (757-683-4655).
